26+ Years Serving As The Go-To Chiropractor Hayward CA

I absolutely found a gem in Hayward for chiro! I’ve heard great reviews about this place and a car accident eventually led me here. I was welcomed with care by front desk and the rest of the staff. It’s been a month since I started coming here, and I commute from Hercules to Hayward HAPPILY and willingly. I’ve met Dr. Gong, Dr. Tomcik, and Dr. Hagen himself and their treatment is very consistent (I don’t have a favorite, they’re all knowledgeable!) and what is also consistent is their customer service and friendly staff. The process is so easy, booking and cancelling is also a breeze, coming here has become so routine, and I couldn’t be happier.

I have been coming here off and on for about 15 years. I was first introduced to this office when my family and I were rear ended. It took a bit of time, but they fixed us right up! Here I am 15 years later, and some old sports injuries have come back to haunt me! I was at a point to where I could not lift my left arm at all! With the assistance of Drs Gong, Hagan, and the drs on staff, my mobility and strength is returning! That front office is 2nd to none! Fina and Emily are the nicest and friendliest EVER!!! Always so cheerful and helpful! They are the epitome of grace under pressure and the glue that keeps that office rockin' and rollin'!!! I've been there when it's jam packed! They take everything in stride and kind and professional to each and every patient they come in contact with! Great place to come to, to get yourself right!!!

Kent Hagan and his staff our amazing. I couldn’t imagine visiting a place so much and every time the consistency is there. Every appointment is perfect. I never had to wait or had a problem with anytime I want to be seen. The staff is so friendly and professional. If you are interested in getting treatment you have to check this place out first. I've been meaning to come here after hearing my sister praise about it for a year, but a car accident definitely assisted me to it quicker! I was glad to know you can have x-rays, treatment / adjustments all in the same place. It's so hard to find that all in the same building these days lol. The staff is so friendly and sweet, they walk you through the process of everything and ease you into the routine. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gong and Dr. Tomcik - they're both great! There's a good presence of familiarity between staff and patients = good customer service. This is worth a 45 - 60 min drive for me.

I highly recommend Kent Hagan Chiropractor. From the moment you walk in, front desk are cheerful, professional and very welcoming. All staff are great and make you feel at home.
